45 min run; 15 min elliptical; 1 hour on weights
Tuesday:
Rest day. 1st one in 7 days. I don't know how people do this...and by that I mean DO NOTHING. I feel like a huge slug...

Rest is okay...it's the whole "sharpen the saw" thing. I do know the feeling though.
