Yep, thats right.
My self imposed challenge for May is to run every single day (I needed something after the Lent=vegetarian thing).
If you read my blog or know me at all, you probably have figured out I don't run on Fridays (99%) (day before long run) of the time, and I don't usually run on Sundays (50%) (day after long run). In the Summer months, I tend to bike and/or swim on Sundays.
But starting this coming Saturday, I shall run every single day. Even if its just 1 mile. :O)
I. Shall. Run.

Goal setting is an important part of physical fitness (and life in general), and I admire your dedication but what is your reasoning for this?
Will your body be able to recover and adapt?
no reasoning really. :) Just have never done it. And believe me, I would bet dimes to donuts on Friday and Sunday I do no more than ONE mile :)
I've always wanted to do a daily streak of sorts. Right now I'm happy to streak 100+ mile months, I'm at month #7
wow, better you than me! i live for my sundays off after my long runs and my fridays to sleep in. but i think it's a fun goal!

Great goal. Will be interested to see how you feel on those days you don't want to run, but do it anyway. It's a strange sort of satisfaction to overcome those days, and makes the other days that much more fun.
