Where I Went and Where I'm Going

Hey have you entered to win Yurbuds yet???  Then go!  Now!

Where I Went (last weeks training)

Monday -  1 hour treadmill run  Check!  Plus I did some free weights after;  not a lot (20 min worth)
Tuesday -  Bikram - 90 minutes   Check!
Wednesday -  8 miles (not sure of what the speed workout is yet as I havent looked) Actual:  6 miles
Thursday - 4 miles  (skipping Bikram this day; opting for short run instead)   Check!
Friday -  Rest Day    Check!
Saturday -   ELEVEN. GLORIOUS. MILES.  Thank the baby Jesus for a cut back week!!  Bad thing is a cut back week on running means a cut back week on eating!!!  :O)  Check!
Sunday -   Not sure on this yet.  I might bike while BCRR runs their Sunday morning run or I might run a few just because.  Biking did not happen except riding to and from work today.  Cross training consisted of:  grocery shopping, laundry and cleaning up the bathroom after the Nugget discovered toilet paper is fun.  Oh and I guess 5 hours of work on my feet can be considered 'exercise'.  :)

Where I'm Going (this weeks training)

Monday -  6 mile easy run before work (going to the Houston Texans pre-season game tonight!)  Check!!
Tuesday -  Bikram - 90 minutes
Wednesday -  8 miles (not sure of what the speed workout is yet as I havent looked)
Thursday -  3 miles am/Bikram pm (90 minutes)
Friday -  Rest Day
Saturday -   Long run - 19 miles
Sunday -   Recover
