Days run in May: 18
Days left to run in May: 13
Days left to a 5 day weekend (AND the SATC movie premiere!) 9
This is no longer challenging. Running every day is not so hard; either that or I just got use to it a lot quicker than I thought I would. Oh hell, lets be honest. I didn't ever think I would get use to it. Oh well, 13 days to go.
Today was gym day.
4 miles - treadmill
weights - upper body. Had to take it a bit easy on the back as I pulled something this morning simply reaching for something and at the same time a big sneeze. Bamm! Pulled something.
1 mile - treadmill
I broke up the 5 miles because honestly running on the treadmill has become something I just have a hard time staying focused on and it seems mundane. Plus I have become one of those people that I use to get grossed out by; you know the ones that has sweat all over the machine when you're done...I use to wonder just how in the heck people sweat like that inside on a treadmill...now I know :o) And yes, I wipe/clean it off after I'm done :o)
Good news is that for the past 2 days I have had ZERO pain in the left foot, so I think my plantar might be under control. Still going to roll/ice it here in a bit. Can't hurt right?

Hey, I'm from Houston too! Looking at your blog list, it looks like we read a lot of the same blogs :)
I have plantar in my left foot too or supposedly that's what it is.
I am the same way about the sweat. But I am one of those people who gushes on certain equipment, namely, Mr. Stairmill. If I forget my towel, it's even worse. I totally spray anything I use for cardio. Sweat grosses me out, especially when it collects or its not mine. Even though my gym is really clean, most everything still grosses me out and I clean before and after all cardio or stretching.
Mad props to you on the treadmill. I can usually only last 3 miles and that's with HIIT. I think it's 90% a mental problem for me, but I despise treadmill. I'd rather do run-trainer and just increase the resistance, hehe.
