8 miles (decided to stick to the schedule with the 40% cut back on the long run distance this week instead of doing the full route given to us which was a 10 mile route)
Fastest mile: 9:18 (mile 8)
Slowest mile: 10:26 (mile 1)
Average pace: 9:54
I'm loving this...This is actually my goal marathon pace for Chicago, and hopefully its going to be a lot cooler come October up there...I've just got to be able to do this for 26.2 miles...training pace should be a lot slower than goal MP, but I will take GMP anytime it shows up on Saturday mornings. :o)
Next Saturday its back to long mileage: 15 miles.
