Mileage: 4 miles
That was horrible.  With not enough water in me this morning after sleeping all night and then about 14 hours since the last run, I should have known better.  No where on the route was there water and this about killed me.  I thought about asking these one landscapers for water but I didnt see a cooler on their truck so I just kept going...

Later in the afternoon, I got back in the pool!  The water is finally warm enough :)  I have of course lost some swimming fitness since training for last years tri, but I have to say I was a lot better off starting this year as opposed to last year!  I credit that to improved all around fitness from my running and diet.  I only did about 14 laps...just enough to get my feet wet again.. no pun intended .. I dont want to wake up all sore tomorrow from the change in muscle movements.  My plan is to swim at least 3 times a week in the evenings after running.

Now if I could just get myself back on the bike...Maybe on Sunday.  Run, swim AND bike...hmmmm... we'll see how that works out.

Also been doing abs again.
Last night: 120 crunches
Tonight: 120 crunches

lol, trying to turn yourself into a fish? Feeling fishing after the swim ;-) Jokes jokes.

you've got to eat quite a bit of it and often to have to worry about bioaccumulation of mercury.

our pool is open now, which I didn't know. Maybe have to try it one morning, although I imagine it's freezing in the AM.
There is a pool at the gym, but it scares me.

Melissa, last summer, like in June and July I swam a couple of mornings before the sun was even up and it was fine. the deepest our pool is is 5ft and so after 6weeks or so of good hot Texas weather, that water is like bath water by then.
