Fantastic...Lovely...Can't wait...They say the 'feels like' will be 107-110
Even running at 5am on Saturday morning isn't going to make this seem any better...you figure the low is actually measured around 3-4am...

Does that mean you have to run at 3 am, lol? I read your post from yesterday. Good for you for standing up for yourself. I post alot about my running on FB as well and sometimes am afraid I am boring people. But really, if they don't want to read about it, they have the choice to hide me! Take care and have a great day : )

Oh no! I have been avoiding looking at the weather forecast (almost as depressing as the live feed from the oil spill), so this is information I didn't need... May have to get out earlier on Saturday.

Yup doing the Heights 5K, signed up in a rash moment... It will be perfectly dreadful but fortunately everyone will be running under the same conditions. So bring it on!

Wow that heat is intense - and I thought we were bad in Florida with our 90's and high humidity... you can do it!

thats not even factoring in the humidity, which here in the mornings runs on average from 89-97% :)
