Killing The Fat Man - CrossFit (Episode 8)

As for me, I'm truckin' along:  weights, elliptical, treadmill and rowing.

Using The Stick, lots of hydrotherapy (jacuzzi) and just being overall aware of what I can and cannot do.
Yesterday saw a DEFINITE improvement overall and today I go for a deep tissue massage.  

Hoping that's just what the doctor ordered.
