Today was a gym day and a test run with the new iPod and the music. It went ok as far as the music went, still came home and made some adjustments to the overall marathon playlist (which I will post on another later post). But while running my 6 miles on the treadmill, I realized that sometimes I am ready to go faster but the marathon playlist isnt necessarily set up for that unless I click through to get to the faster portions of it. So when I got home, after doing some editing to that I set up a separate playlist with just my Go Faster songs. I do love that this particular generation of the shuffle allows for multiple playlists.
After getting the run portion done I hit the weights, for some HIIT and upped the weight on a lot of it. Added a bit of legs in there on only one machine. I mainly focus on back, bi's, tri's and shoulders.
Was a good workout today and even the treadmill portion went by very quickly for some odd reason...Always a good thing!
The following list is in no particular order and will probably just stay as is for now, and put on shuffle anyway if I choose to use it at any given time. I am sure more songs will be added...I just put in the obvious ones that are tried and tested already... :)
