1 min at 5mph

Tabata

20sec at 8.5mph (7:27pace)
10 sec off
x 8 (total 4 minutes)

5 min cool down - walk at 3.5mph

Total workout/treadmill time = 73 minutes

Weights (mostly back, bi's and tri's); One machine for quads (3 sets x 2)

Hip Hop Ab's - Ab Sculptor DVD - 24 minutes  (at home)
