It will take me 2 days to get to mi new State, but when I get there, this is just part of what I have to look at every single day.

And yes I got my long run in yesterday. Ran on the treadmill just shy of a 2 full hours stopping only once to go to the potty :)
11 miles.
Now I don't have to worry about it for this weekend but will more than likely get in 7-8 miles on Sunday after dropping my sister off at the airport in Denver.
