We're in the BLACK now!  More days run than I have left!

This morning...I had plans to do my first 'brick' in a long time...I havent even been on my bike so attempting a brick was a bit daunting...I had a late night...not a lot of hydration either...and I hadnt eaten anything of substance since about 6:30pm last night...unless you count a bite of pizza crust and an Oreo :)

So off I go...10 miles on the bike...a bit windy for my liking but go, go, go I did...I had my racers on, bike shorts and a bike shirt.  Bike went ok.  Was still early enough that there werent many cars on the road yet; I just rode to Rice, did a couple of loops and back...get the bike in the house and I contemplated changing into running shorts but figured 'why?'...so off I went...the 'fast' transition reminded me just how difficult it is to get going on a run after a bike...its one mile girl...go, go, go...

And then it was over.  Done. 

Humbled yet again.

And now I sit here, writing this, shoving an egg white omelet and veggie sausage patties (2) into my piehole...the hunger was almost unbearable...I didnt eat right after, but yet, jumped in the shower and off to Fiesta for a few staples I dont buy at WFM. 

Food.
Good.

Swimming later as the sun looks like its finally going to show its face today after 2 days of much needed rain.

Sounds like a great workout! I keep telling the wind that it needs to leave me alone. lol.
